American Visa Lottery
The American Visa Lottery Immigration act

In 1996 the American Visa lottery Immigration act was passed in order to give immigration opportunities to those who did not live in the United States a chance. So now, every year a lottery is done where there are 50,000 winners and all are notified that they have won either by regular mail, email, the telephone or by a different means. Now, a decade later the American visa lottery still goes on. How many people actually knew about this lottery? It was news to me, shocking news at that. There are so many immigrants in the United States today that are not here legally how do they tell them apart? Apparently the winners which receive a green card and permanent residency in the United States also have the same opportunities as any other American citizen. There are actually six different regions involved with this American Visa lottery and apparently the greater number of visas go to the regions with lower immigrant rates. And no one country can get more than seven percent of the 50,000 people that won the lottery.50,000 people is a lot of green cards don’t you think?
How To Register To The American Visa Lottery
The American Visa Lottery benefits and legal right
They also get all the benefits such as social security, and any public or private job that is available and they are employed. The visa, or green card gives them all the legal right and options to live work and be anywhere in the United states they want to be. I find this appalling. Not because it is something as crazy as a lottery, but because there are so many immigrants in the United States that are here without the visa, or green card they are supposed to have. We are bringing more in? This is just amazing. Permitting immigrants into the United States legally is one thing, but using a lottery? And then the United States has the hassle of the immigrants that are not here with green cards or visas so therefore they obviously did not win no lottery. There is a web site for those who want to register for the annual American Visa Lottery however, and through the use of the Internet they can submit their registration to see if they qualify or not. The web site is available in several different languages as well, for those who do not speak English. If another language is not selected however, the text will remain in English. The lottery is free although if you are one of the fifty thousand immigrants that win there are fees associated with the visa program. You must also show documentation of who you are, and those in your family, those who will be in the United states and then you are issued a temporary green card, and of course the visa, or permanent green card for legal residence in the United states. For those against the lottery, any petitions regarding the matter must be sent via the United states postal service, although registration for the lottery is accepted on the web site, petitions or opposition requests must be sent by regular mail.
